Eligibility criteria: 

  1. You introduce a “friend” (a potential client) to AR SOAR. Student Services.
  2. The client retains/hires AR SOAR. Student Services to be their education agent.
  3. The client engages AR SOAR. Student Services to assist with Admission to a “valid Course of study” at a valid institution.
  4. Currently all VET, Higher Education, Professional Practice Year or NAATI Program. NB does not include “Stand alone English” ELICOS courses or non award courses.
  5. The client pays the enrolment fee to the relevant “Educational Institution” for the Course they have nominated.
  6. Once the fees are rendered by the Institution and the relevant commission is remitted to AR SOAR. Student Services.
  7. Upon remittance you become eligible to redeem your “Refer a Friend” Voucher.
  8. This Voucher is valued by AR SOAR. Student Services Pty. Ltd at $400(AUD) to be redeemed either for 1 (one) “MAP (Migration Action Plan) to PR” or one “1” hours legal services provided by AR LAW Services. Master Migration Lawyers.
  9. Not to be used with any other offer, upgrade or voucher
  10. Promotion subject to change without notice and may be withdrawn at AR SOAR. Student Services Pty Ltd discretion.
  11. Not redeemable for cash.
  12. Not transferrable
  13. Promotion Benefits may be withdrawn if payment fails at any stage.
